Welcome to health care magic
The report suggest there is a cystic lesion seen in the right adnexal region / ovary - as its not said clearly weather its from ovary or separately - that suggest ovary is not seen separately.
Dense internal echoes suggest the cyst is no with clear fluid - possible hemorrhagic content or complex cystic features.
In this case in suggested to get a CT pelvis with contrast for better evaluation and characterization of the lesion and its extensions.
And needs regular followup.
Good luck.
Dr. Ganesh.
