What Does My Test For CPAP Indicate?

how do I know my cpap is effective I get a reading each day the following is one night with 8.3 hours sleep. Total Clear Airway Apneas are 8, Total Obstructive Apneas 10. Total hypoapneas are 20. The AHI is 4.4. Min Pressure 5.0cmH2O; Max Pressure 20.0cmH2O. the readings vary sigificantly from night to night - the highest total apneas are 32 and the lowest are 12 the last 14 days. the lowest AHI 1.2 AND the highest AHI is 6.6. I am female over 75 and been treated for sleep apnea now for 8 years with new mask and machine this year. thank you.
