General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear ,
I deeply understood your concern .
@ Uterine artery doppler showing early diastolic notch is a useful marker
for fetal well being,
representing reflected blood flow of uteroplacental circulation and in
depth predicting adverse perinatal outcome which may range in form of
- fetal growth restriction - need of cesarean section due to fetal distress
- 5 minute Apgar score
@ Clexane is Category B drug for pregnancy not expected to cause harm
to the unborn baby as it does not cross the placenta .
Hope this made your query clear well .

Thanks for using Health care magic .
Wishing you best outcome for your pregnancy & may God bless your Angel
