What Does My Scan Report Indicate?

I am a 58 y.o. South Asian male. US scan of KUB shows mild pc system dilation of R kidney and the L kidney shows a 1.4 cm x 1.1 cm parapelvic cyst. Mild prostatomegally; evidence of BOO. Since I am not familiar with these terms and their significance, please let me know what they mean and what possible remedies might be. Thanks. Lasantha

parapelvic cyst is insignificant, nothing to worry about.
BOO represent bladder outlet obstruction, and since you have enlarge prostate, it is causing narrowing of your urethra leading to dilatation of both of your kidneys.
