The uterus enhances heterogeneously. There is fluid in the endocervical canal. There is a low-attenuation mass arising in the cervix that measures 3.7 cm in diameter. There is a small amount of free fluid in the pelvis. There is a low-attenuation lesion in the left lobe of the liver.
The main focus of concern is the cervical mass which needs to be further investigated to characterize the nature of the mass. I would highly recommend you to consult our local gynaecologist for clinical evaluation, lab tests and further treatment accordingly.
I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns. Wishing you good health.
