General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis:

Color: Yellow_________________normal
transparency: Clear to hazy________normal
pH: 4.5-8_______________________6.5________normal
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025______________1.020___normal
Blood: ≤3 RBCs_________________trace__________abnormal
Protein:≤150 mg/d_________trace_______abnormal
RBCs:≤2 RBCs/hpf__________________3-6_____abnormal
Pus cell_up to 5/hpf__________20-25_______infections
epithelial cells: ≤15-20/hpf____________normal
Crystals as mucus thread :Occasionally_____normal
Bacteria:None____________moderate________infection

So presence of bacteria and pus cell suggests urinary tract infections.
Protein may be present in hypertension and diabetes, so rule out both.
I advice you to go for urine culture and USG scan to confirm the infection.
I give following advice:
Tablet cefixime plus nitofurantoin, syrup cital
Drink plenty of fluid and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder.
Hope this may help you
