What Does My Liver Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi I am a sailor by profession and for the joining purpose I went for SGPT and SGOT test along with Haemoglobin count which are 67 , 49 and 12.1 respectively . 36 hours before the test I had a bottle of beer and some buffalo meat. Is this why my levels are high and about my haemoglobin in how many days I can increase it upto 14 to 15 counts. Alo can I be able to lessen my SGPT and SGOT count within a month . Please suggest. Thanks Alex

Hello welcome to the health care magic

Your liver enzymes not increased too much.

So repeat testing after week.

If persistent elevated than USG abdomen investigation done to look for fatty liver.

Alcohol intake excessively also can lead high liver enzymes.

Certain viral infection can temporary leads to increase enzymes value

For increasing hb take iron rich foods like spinach, red meat, jaggery, green leafy vegetables etc.
Provide your full CBC report for giving more comment.
If hemoglobinopathy present than hb can't elevated above 12 in many cases

Hope your concern solved
