Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your report shows salmonella typhi H antibody titres of 1:80 and Salmonella paratyphi HB antibody titres of 1: 160.
Titres of 1:80 is the cut off and Salmonella paratyphi HB antibody titres of 1:160 is suggestive of paratyphoid fever.
The infections needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotic therapy.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and thus treatment.
The serum potassium level of 3.05 and chloride of 97.4 is within normal limits.
The differential count of neutrophils - 88% and lymphocytes - 5% suggests neutrophilic predominance, however, the total leukocyte count needs to be known for interpretation of these results.

Thanks and take care
