my sperm ananlysis report is: Is it good or bad. Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the semen analysis is as follows:
The physical characters- volume of 4 ml, total count of 21 million/ ml , pH of 7.5, liquefaction time of 20 minutes and normal viscosity are all within normal range.
50% of sperms have progressive motility after 1/2 hour is normal.
More than 50% sperms have normal morphology and approximately 40% sperms have abnormal morphology.
Occasional pus cells and candida (fungus) is present.
There is slight evidence of infection but overall all the parameters are within range.
Thus, the semen analysis of semen sample is within normal range.
