What Does My Follicular Monitoring Report Mean?

Hi ..My wife has Gone through a test Follicular monitoring LMP
Report says that Rt overy few small follicle of 3-4 mm
Lt ovary few smallfollicle of 4-6mm and one of 12x 7 mm crumpled margions ? ruptured follicle
endometrium 7mm
I dont understand what does it mean is everything normal??

Well i am presuming it is an ultrasound report,but follicle of 12mm rupturing is not common.However theres nothing to worry follicles are normally present in the ovary,and they are monitored to look for their size and usually when it reaches 20mm and more,we look for rupture and fluid in Pod to look at the time when you can try to concieve.
