What Does My Echocardiography Report Indicate?

Helo DoctorI just got my Echocardiography report and was diagnosed as the left atrium is mildli dilated. the size is normal but there is mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. overall left ventricular systolic function is normal with EF: 55-66% the diastolic fillling pattern indicates ampaired relaxation
please advise me

This may be due to
-Old age (please mention your age & gender)
With long history of Hypertension(high Blood Pressure)
