What Does My Culture Test Report Of Urine Indicate?

i have made a sensitivity and culture test of urine for the 4 years old baby report has mentioned few pus cells with gram negative bacilli seen and doctor has advised to take a gentamicin,ceftazidime, imepenem antibiotic what do i must do for this issue

Urine culture report suggest that your child is having urinary tract infection cause by gram negative bacilli may be E. Colin or Klebsiella which are sensitive prescribed antibiotics.
