What Does My Blood Test Reports Indicate?

My mom had a blood test and doctors want her to see various types of doctors. Rhemotologist, hematologist, nephrologist and more.... her RBC is 3.33, her hemoglobin is 9.7, her hematocrit is 29.2, her granulocytes 7.40 and 74.30%, lymphocytes 16.6, potassium serum 5.4 Chemistry was urea nitrogen 39, osmolality (calc) 270.01, eGFR non-af 48.5 I m reading about bone marrow cancer, and so many other things.
