Good morning sir, I am having diabetice and my sugal level of last 3 month shows 205 average glucose and Hba1c 8.8. I done my blood test of fasting blood sugar 144.8 & post prandial 261 , want u r opinion on how to make the sugar level under control and constant

Your blood sugar level is pretty high.
As of now you can reduce the sugar intake and do routine physical exercises. You can recheck the sugar values after one month. If it is elevated even after one month, you can take drugs like the meteor in to control blood sugar.
