General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
welcome to health care magic,

I have gone through your all the reading of thyroid hormones like T3,T4 and TSH which all are within normal limits.

But if you have any kind of symptoms present, then you must consult some local physician or visit ER for further advise.

But all these reports are completely normal and there is no need of any medications for that.

Regards,
I find this answer helpful
