hi, I recently visited a gynecologist who conducted an abdominal scan to determine the fetal age of my pregnancy but the scan result shown 6 weeks plus while it should be 8 weeks plus cos I saw my last menses on the 17th of April 2017. what could be the likely cause for the small fetal size? is spoting at this stage also normal? thanks

man just see that ultrasound ascesses gestation age according to various parameters and there is variation of +- 2 weeks. means error of 2 weeks above and below .and secondly if scan is normal then you should not worry about slight spotting ..take rest and get repeat scan after 15 days .take proper diet. and rest .I hope your BP and sugar are normal
