What Does My PSA Test Report Indicate?

Recently I have noticed some blood in my seaman when I ejaculate. I have successfully undergone radiation treatments for prostate cancer at the beginning of this year - PSA was 7.2 and after 42 radiation treatments PSA is 1.23. Ejaculate was clear as of a month ago but now has some blood or brown color to it.
