What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

MRI states subtle 4mm plaque in the right pons. Expected flow-voids in the major vessels of the circle of Willis and dural venous sinuses. Mild muscosal thickening in the ethmoid air cells. What does this mean. Everything else on the MRI I understand.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the lesion being detected in center of brain mainly in circulatory system and it need to be correlate with the clinical condition if no symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry, in fact some brief were needed here with basic information for interpretation hope this information helps.
