What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

I got hurt at work as a cna and I hurt my back i need for you to please help me understand the findings of my MRI. Finding lumbar verebral bodies are aligned but slight degenerative retrolishesis is present at L5-L4 (2-3mm) .The L5 L4diskis desiccated with maintained height. The L5-S1 disk is deiccated and collapsed with reactive fatty endplate marrow change.the conus medullaris terminates at L 1 -L2 and is normal . what does all this mean for the noraml person .
