My MRI report reads mild decreased signal is identified within the L5-S1 disc.Vertebrae are of normal height. No malalignment is seen. On the axial images, there is a mild left posterolateral disc protrusion present at the L4-5 level. There is minimal compromise of the left L4-5 neural foramen. The remaining levels appear unremarkable.. Can u please help me understand exactly what this means.
