What Does My ECG Test Result For Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite And Fatigue Indicate?

Hi i m a 33 yrs old female, no heart disease history. I m 1.70 and around 54 kg. For the past 2 weeks i experience dizziness, shivering, and palpitations for a few minutes during the day almost every other day. And the rest of the time i feel slightly dizzy, lost my appetite and very weak. Today my ECG said: Normal sinus rhythm, septal infarct, age undetermined, abnormal ECG. Does it mean i really had a heart attack? what should i do until i get to my doctor in 2 days? I ve been recommended holster and heart scan. Is there a risk that i experience another heart attack now or near future? thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the infarction detected in EKG then better to get done the angiography test, although it is less like to have septal infarction in this age to female person is very less likely prior to angiography stress test may helps a lot hope this information helps.
