hi
i have gone through your report.you are having problem of deviated sal septu to right side.because of this few gets symptoms of paranasal sinus infection.paranasal sinuses means air spaces within facial bones surrounding nose and orbit.you also got same.mucosal thickning in sinuses is nothing but sinus infection.you consult ENT specialist and plan for treatment.most of the times after controlling infection with antibiotics surgery like septoplasty is required to reduce the recurrence.
thank you
regards
