What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

i am being investigated for churg strauss vascukitis ct shows bilateral symmetrical thickening in maxiallary antra extending to infudibula and narrowing them mucosal thickening in frontal recesses anterior and posterior ethomoid air cells and in sphenoid sinuses. nasal cavity largely aerated apart from mucosal thickening in superior nasal meat/spheoidal recesses. I wake up at night unable to breathe lung ct shows bilateral nodules... any advice
