What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

I had a CT of abd and pelvis in ER for my kidney stone . Kidney stone was blasted. Now I have to deal with the CT results showing Lacey infiltration of omentum. all other organs are fine on CT. having an US of pelvis to r/o ovarian CA and if that okay going for a colonoscopy. No other symptoms, no hx of CA. I am a diabetic and overweight, age 60. What is your professional opinion about the omentum infiltration. No caking , no mass. I know the role of the omentum. Thank you in advance!
