What Does Motility A+b Is 46.2% The PMSC A+b Is,though, 61,3% Indicate?
I am 47 soon and my wife and I are trying to have our first child in almost a year now. I have recently done a spermiogram and it shows that the motility a+b is 46.2%. The PMSC a+b is,though, 61,3%. All the other parameters are ok according to the reference values. I have an appointment to show the results, but only in a month. What is your opinion? Thanks for the help.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your motility a+b should be more than 50%. You are suffering from asthenospermia. Your motility is low. You should consult your doctor and take treatment. You can go for semen wash to increase motility.
