What Does Minimal Small Vessel Ischemic Gliotic Changes In The Right Frontal Lobe Suggest?

I had an MRI with and without contrast last evening and the findings state minimal small vessel ischemic gliotic changes in the right frontal lobe . I have done some searching online as to what this might mean but so far I can t seem to find a simple straight-forward answer. I would like to mention that the MRI was performed because I am having an eye issue ( right eye ) and whole body muscle spasm like symptom s.
