What Does Mild Bronchovascular Markings On A Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi my husband has Mild Bronchovascular markings un chest x-ray report. But all are other parts are normal. Like Mediastinum and both hila appear normal. Cardia normal. Rest of the lungs fields are normal. But What is Bronovascular markings? Is it serious??????

Hello,

Mild bronchovascular markings do not matter much and are normal . If prominent they mean bronchitis , bronchopneumonia , interstitial lung disease or chronic asthma .
