What Does Medicine Taste In Mouth With Peeling, Raw, Pink Lip Mean?

hi i been having a salty medicinie kind of taste in mouth for a long time now, now i'm starting to notice my bottom lip is peeling and starting to look raw, real pink like my saliva is infected what could this be and will the color come back after i find out what the problem is

As per your complain dalty medicine like taste in mouth along with peeling raw mucosa of inner lower lip can be most commonly due to Dry mouth while other common causes can be due to side effects of medicines, acid reflux, upper respiratory tract infection, post nasal drip etc..

You should consult an Oral Physician and get a thorough evaluation done so that the exact cause can be ruled out and treatment can be planned accordingly..

As of now you can take supportive treatment like chewing sugar free chewing gum to stimulate saliva flow and mask the foul taste..
For raw and peeling mucosa if there is pain gargle with a numbing mouthwash can help..
Suck on ice pops..
Drink plenty of water..
