Hi,

Light periods and nausea a week after periods could be due to various reasons, including pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, stress, or an underlying medical condition. The changes in the size and color of your areolas can also indicate pregnancy. If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, there is a possibility that you may be pregnant. The symptoms you are experiencing could be early signs of pregnancy. However, other conditions like hormonal imbalances, stress, or infections can also cause these symptoms.

To determine the cause of your symptoms, it is best to take a pregnancy test or consult a healthcare provider. They may also perform other tests to diagnose any underlying conditions and provide appropriate treatment. It is important to note that changes in menstrual cycle patterns, unusual discharge, or other persistent symptoms should be evaluated by a healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
