What Does Light-headedness After Meals Suggest?
Hello doctor I am male age 25 yrs, from past week I fell lightheaded and sometimes my head spins randomly or sometimes after having meal what can be the cause ,I had my blood sugar tested it is normal I suspect may be because I had high blood pressure but now my blood pressure is in range of 120-130/80-88 can you advice what to do

If the blood pressure and blood sugar are ok it may be caused by vestibular issues or middle ear. You may need to visit an ENT doctor.
