What Does Kidney:right Measures 11.7 X 4.8 X 4.4 Cm With Corticomedullary Thickness Of 1.0cm Indicate?

I am 54 female, just got my whole abdomen ultrasound report: both kidneys are normal in size with mild pelvicalyceal fullness. right measures 11.7 x 4.8 x 4.4 cm with corticomedullary thickness of 1.0cm. Left kidney measures 11.5 x 5 x 5.4cm with corticomeduallay thickness of 1.3cm

Your report is almost normal.
Mild fullness of the P.C systems indicates that urine from the collecting system is propelled slowly resulting into the system remaining full for little longer period than normal.However,this is insignificant and need not be taken seriously.

Other findings like both kidneys are normal in size.Corticomedullary thickness is also normal in both kidneys.
