What Does It Mean When The Uterus Is Bulky, POD Is Empty And An Irregular Cluster Of Mixed Echoic Tissues Is Seen?

Hello, a report we got shows this: uterus is bulky with an AO of 5.7cm and a length of 9.6cm. Myometrial echoes are uniform. There is an irregular cluster of mixed echoic tissues seen in the mid cavity with an estimated volume of 68mls. No recognize able fetal part seen. Both adnexae are free. POD is empty

The ultrasound report shows bulky uterus. Cause of bulky uterus needs to be investigated with the help of endometrial curetting or endometrial biopsy. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigation and thus management.
