I feel pulsating on my face, throbbing on my temples, lightheadedness at every turn of my head, and dizziness when i move my head from side to side, at regular speed. Ive also been having ringing in my ears, and momentary hearing loss in one or both sides. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong with me? Background info. : It all happened very suddenly, I just woke up like this. Im 27, female, and on my fifth day of my cycle. My period was when it was expected, Im usually regular, at 28 day intervals, and very rarely at 30-32 days between on menstruation and another. I had heavy bleeding the first two days, then regular flow for a couple of days, but today it has been light bleeding only. I ve been resting most of the day, since I didn t sleep much before 7am. I m not in the heat, or extreme cold. No strenuous exercise. No change in medicines or eating habits. My email is YYYY@YYYY .
