Dear- thanks for using our service, the result of the wound showed a gram negative bacteria, examples of this are E.coli,Pseudomona and Klebsiella. These organisms are very aggressive need to be treated with few days of intravenous antibiotics for a better and faster control of the infection. It is important to isolate the specific organism with the antibiotics that it is succeptible in order to get a faster recovery.I hope that my advise has been helpful.
