What Does Irrational Talking While Suffering From Cancer Indicate?
My husband has terminal cancer. It started as Renal cell carcinoma ( hope I spelled that correctly). He also has Parkinsons. The last few days he has been talking irrationally. I m not sure which what doctor to contact concerning this. Can you advise?

The irrational talking can be related to dyselectrolemia.
In my opinion please get his serum electrolytes checked ,with a nephrology consultation.More over take care of the proper diet as advised with fluids.
