Hello,

You are having blood collection of extradural space previously. We do not know how much is the collection previously? present scan also showing collection but very less with mild thickening of dura die to inflammation.

So don't worry. Please consult your previous scan report then will compare and answer you. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
