Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pain you are feeling on the inside of your right hipbone moving to your navel area could be due to acute appendicitis. However, colitis and urinary issues should be ruled out through :
- abdominal ultrasound
- complete blood count
- urine analysis
- good physical examination

For the moment I can only suggest to take mephenamic acid and consult immediately with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
