What Causes Radiating Pain Under The Right Rib Cage?

I have had a radiating pain under my right rib cage for 3 days. When I stand I am weak and naseaus. I also sweat profusely when I'm up and performing any activity, like folding clothes. The radiating pain is somewhat achy and very uncomfortable at times.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
This kind of pain can be from too many reasons, I would prefer to have some additional information please in order to narrow the possible causes of such a pain.
- If the pain started after a physical effort
- if the pain irradiates in the back
- if it changes with the position of your body, or if you find relief in any position.
- It shows any change after you eat or not
- Your age
Anyway, according to the severity of the pain that you describe, I would also suggest to be seen by a doctor, because this is limiting you daily activities, and s going on since three days by now.
