What Does Inflammation And Pain On The Lower Leg Indicate?

For the past week I ve had redness on my front lower leg (just above ankle region), and it is slightly sore when I touch it and occasionally when I walk. Today I noticed that there are about 3 lumps above that (on the shin area) that are about the size of a pencil eraser. They don t hurt when I touch them. Is this just a muscle strain, or could it be a blood clot?

thank you for your question
coming to the case you didnt mentioned your age,and general health conditions ,your medical and drug history.
swelling and redness of the join is the symptom of arthritis, swellings on the shin are nodules, which are common in arthritis.
we cant confirm it just by this history
a list of investigations are needed to confirm this condition.
dont worry its quite manageable, please consult your local rhematologist.
