Hello and welcome to health care magic,

you need to get yourself evaluated as soon as possible as any swelling for more than a month should be investigated.
You need to take ab FNAC of the swelling and also get a CT Neck and get back to me or any ENT with the reports

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
