What Does High Pus Cells In My Below Semen Report Suggest?

hi, my semen report volume=5 ml ph=8 color=grey-white liquification=20 min viscocity=normal sperm count=48.4 million/ml total sperm density=242 millions viability=50% motility=60% morphology=50% normal forms total motile functonal sperm=145.2 millions agglutination=00 RBC =0-1 hpf epithelial cells=00 round cells= 3-5hpf parasites=00 pus cells=8-10 hpf my pus cells are high but i made culture sentivity test there i no growth.so i have infection in semen?plz answer

Hello,

A negative culture report rules out possibility of infection. The pus cells mentioned in report could actually be round cells which are immature spermatozoa. You can get semen analysis again.
