What Does High Nuchal Translucency During Pregnancy Indicate?

I am 11 weeks 2 days pregnant. I had a first trimester scan done Dr said everything was normal but that the nuchal translucency was a bit higher. then she proceeded to say not to get excited about my pregnancy. when I called back after the nurse said everything was normal and that the level was at 2.2 ,Baby is in the 93rd percentile. and the pernitologist said everything going was normal. should I be concerned. The midwife won t call back since yesterday
