General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the problems your stepdaughter is going through.

Double vision in left eye, dizziness and headaches she is experiencing are due to high blood pressure (bp). She is young and this high bp could be due to possible hormonal problems (e.g. thyroid issues) or any intracranial (brain) issues (e.g. brain tumor). Local (head) trauma should be also investigated.

She needs to consult with cardiologist and neurologist and run a few lab tests like:
- thyroid function test
- liver/kidney function test
- possible ct-scan of head or even MRI depending on the findings

Wish fast recovery.
