What Does Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Post Embryo Transfer Indicate?

Hi I had two embryos transferred and got my BFP 12 days later as expected. I take 8mg of Progynova daily and one Crinone suppository every night. I started bleeding 3 weeks after the transfer quite heavy for 4 hours then it slowed down and was light for a few days. Does this mean I have miscarried again? I have a scan this Wednesday which would make me 7.5 weeks now
