General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The heavy vaginal bleed after taking Diane 35 is due to hormonal effect of Ethinyl Estradiol.

I recommend to stop further doses of Diane 35 and consult your OBGY immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
