Hi... I am 49 years. I work out in the gym three times a week for almost an hour... i also jog 1-3 times a week... All this in the mornings only before 9 am.... When i check out my heart beats its almost between 85 and 90 bpm at around 1pm in the afternoon... Is this normal?? i thought it ought to be around 65 bpms which was the case about 5 years ago... :-)
If you have no complains , then nothing to worry. The heart rate below 100bpm is considered normal. Pay attention if it is regular, then everything is ok, just keep following healthy lifestyle.
Wishing you a good health.
In case of any further questions don't hesitate to contact me
