What Does Growth On The Testis Suggest?

hello sir ! i have a problem with my testies. A round type structures are formed on the upper portion of my both testicles. I felt about a year ago but i did not take it serious. but now am feeling discomfort and some time pain in my testies.. i checked to a urologist he diagnosed Epididymitis and give me antibiotic azithromycin, NSAID Diclofenic Sodium, Anti Exodate Amorph , and diuratics. i used the treatment about 1 week .. but the problem is same am very upsit please gide me.. i performed my blood and urine reports.. reports are normal except my WBCs count which is about 10500 x10*3/uL normal ran ge is 4-11

I really appreciate your concern, you have to be very patience because if this is infection then this may take some to come around and if the antibiotic is resistance to the underlying organism then it need to be changed, second if this is not the infection then surgical condition need to be ruled out too, better to have a word with urologist, hope this information helps, take care.
