What Does Grape Sized Lump On Inner Thigh Suggest?

I have a grape sized lump on my inner thigh and isn t painful but has been there for a long time. What could this be ? Seems to be larger sometimes..not really looking forward to a trip to MD to have my groin area looked at but would like to have an idea

I really appreciate your concern, this could be lipoma if this is not increasing in size then this is just nothing to worry if this goes on changing then this may need surgical removal, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
