What Does Foul Vaginal Odour Indicate?

I had high vaginal swab. The result is no candida, no trichomonas and no clue cells for 2 weeks now. And now my vaginal discharge has having a smell. Is this an std? I had u protected sex 3 weeks ago. But I already got tested for high vaginal swab last 2 weeks. I got a 40-50 result for bacteria in my urine test. And took cefuroxime. After that I can smell that my discharge has different smell now

Hi, I think you should take some empirical treatment as your symptoms are suggesting pelvic inflammatory disease. You can take some antibiotics and antifungal medicines orally as well as vaginally. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
