What Does Focal Area Of Thickening Within Pituitary Stalk Suggest?

hello Doctor I have went into the hospital for dizziness weakness and a few other things chest pains they did a MRI on my brain . The report says this.there is a focal area of thickening within the pituitary stalk which measures 4 millimeters pituitary stalk thickening c an be seen with lymphatic hypophysitis this idiopathic inflammation of the pituitary can be a cause of pan hypopituittarism. please correlate with clinical lab values.also cerebral nonspecific punctuate foci of increased t2 signal in the subcortical and Perventtricular white matter likely represent chronic small vessal ishemic changes . what does this mean ; possible tumor? Surgery ? What can you tell please. THANK YOU

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms are given here and he findings these are not correlated with each others such symptoms could be nonspecific and may not be due to any disease, functional condition may be the reason for these, just try to low down the stress, this is not the tumor no need for surgery, hope this information helps, take care.
